Jennifer Campbell, RPSGT* is the Clinical Director for SleepHealth operations in North Carolina and South Carolina for Vystar's SleepHealth division and has been with the company since 2009. She manages many of SleepHealth's sleep laboratories and their technicians; oversees policies, quality, and process improvement; and possesses expertise in many sleep diagnostic programs. Ms. Campbell also has extensive experience with CPAP/Bi-PAP titration and a strong background in customer service, working with physicians, medical directors, and office managers to ensure patient satisfaction.
Prior to joining SleepHealth, Ms. Campbell served as a polysomnographer with several health care facilities and received specialized training in the set up of patients and collection of various data to assist physicians with an accurate diagnosis of a sleep disorder.
Casandra Jackson, RPSGT* joined SleepHealth in 2011 and is the Clinical Director for SleepHealth operations in Georgia. She is responsible for managing a number of sleep labs and technicians as well as tech support, AASM accreditations, customer service, training, and sleep diagnostic scoring.
Prior to joining SleepHealth, Ms. Jackson was a polysomnographer with Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Associates, LLC, responsible for conducting overnight sleep studies, running diagnostics on SomnoStar software, and scoring studies under AASM guidelines. In addition, she was responsible for patient care, mask fitting for CPAP equipment, and safety procedures. Ms. Jackson has held various positions in the healthcare and sleep health industries.
* Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) is a certification awarded by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists in the United States. The RPSGT credential certifies its holder is regarded by the BRPT as fully competent to work in the field of sleep studies.
