The Berlin Questionnaire is an important tool that helps healthcare professionals and physicians determine how sleep apnea is affecting your sleep and health. It's quick and easy, consisting of ten questions used to evaluate risk factors for sleep apnea, such as snoring behavior, sleepiness or fatigue, and obesity or hypertension.
